Dave Anderson

Managing Partner

Dave Anderson brings nearly 30 years of experience building and leading healthcare equipment finance organizations through growth, transition, and acquisition.
He was a founding sales leader of a platform that reached $100M+ in annual volume, later served as Vice President of Sales, maintaining 100% team retention during periods of significant change.
Dave has also served on a Board of Managers and was named a Culture Champion. Dave is guided by the long-term perspective — building companies and client partnerships designed to last.
Dave has been married to his bride for more than 30 years and is the father of two incredible daughters. Outside of work, he and his wife invest deeply in their community, serving as marriage mentors and adventuring in the mountains.

Jeremy Meyer

Managing Partner

Jeremy Meyer has spent almost 25 years working alongside healthcare manufacturers, sales leaders, and executive teams to move complex equipment transactions forward. He has supported 60+ medical technology vendors and helped scale programs to $100M+ in annual sales volume.
Jeremy focuses on aligning people, process, and timing, so progress doesn’t stall and decisions become easier. He is passionate about building relationships, taking care of his clients, developing successful programs, and training his vendor partners.
Jeremy lives with his wife and their four children, and much of his life outside of work centers on family, sports, and time outdoors. He remains closely involved in his community and church, where mentoring and service continue to shape how he leads and works.

Matthew Fuller

Senior Sales Manager

Matthew Fuller is a Senior Sales Manager at Iron Mark Capital, where he focuses on capital deal execution and partners with medical device companies and health systems on strategic acquisition models and creative financing solutions. He brings a broad range of healthcare transaction experience spanning equipment finance, medical device sales, and pharmaceutical sales.
Matthew joined Iron Mark Capital in June 2026.Prior to joining Iron Mark Capital, Matthew worked in healthcare equipment finance at Popular Equipment Finance, formerly known as K2 Capital Group.
A Minnesota native, Matthew now lives in the North Loop of Minneapolis with his wife, Sami. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, trail running, and cheering on Minnesota sports.
Matthew graduated from the University of Minnesota’s College of Biological Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Business Management.
